I am employed in Textron Fastening Systems, and responsible for the sales management of construction fasteners.Textron Fastening Systems is a sole affiliate corporation of Textron in China. Textron is the first cross-national fastener corporation, which is set up in 1923 and the headquarter is in US, 9000 employees all over the world, and affiliate in 16 nations, the clients distributed in 150 nations, the annual sales reaches 3 billion US dollar.Textron come into China market in 1997, and acquired the immense achievements by ten-year development. Like many foreign enterprise operating in China, the development path that Textron in China is very typical. Based on the different development stages, Textron chooses the different marketing strategies to ensure the core competitive advantages.
