Recent30years, IT industry&informatization has changed the modes of people’s working, life, study, entertainment gradually. Furthermore, has led the developments of IT industry rapidly, from the basic chip design and production, to hardware and software products, to applications development, to IT services, and so on. Comparing the traditional industries, IT industry which owns high technology gene, the changes are fast more. These changes, bring more opportunities to the companies which have new technologies and new ideas, but at the same time, bring more threat to the conservative companies, the rise of Google and the fall of Kodak&NOKIA, these are good modern examples. Even the IT giant Microsoft company, claimed that they were from bankruptcy time only18months. The only dis-change, is change, developing in change, these faiths have become the consensuses of IT companies.Marketing and sales, as the important link of an IT company, will affect fate of the whole company. Making a suitable marketing strategy, and to adapt to the fast changing market, is the top priority of IT companies overall strategies.Through the investigation and research related situation of C company, learning the product information and sales data of C company server products. And try to look for the shortages of the product selling. Analysis the internal and outer conditions of C company, competitions, the advantages and disadvantages of server products, also engaged the opportunities and challenges, to change and upgrade their present marketing strategies. Expect that C company will have more marketing share in China serve market.
