Along with the development of the economic globalization, all country government pay close much attention to the position of Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs). The degree of SME's internationalization reflects a country's or regions' economic development. So it's a great problem worthy of attention and research on how to expedite the speed of SME's internationalization, especially for developing countries's SMEs. The cities' transformation of economic system and transformation of financial system at the beginning of 1980s make SMEs achieve great opportunity in coastal developed area, a large quantity of SME try to expand internationalization and make great achievements. For China's SMEs with just starting, their development has the strategy meaning to China's economy and society .Chinese SMEs have made a great progress since the reform and opening policy was adopted by the Chinese government, and their contribution to the national economy has become more and more indispensable. It can be said that no SMEs, no real economic development in China. After China's entry into WTO, not only further increases the position of SMEs, but also gives them larger development opportunity. Behind this kind of background, "Internationalization" becomes the inevitable choice of China's SMEs. This paper focuses on the situation of present SMEs in our country, and put forward the strategy of Chinese SMEs Internationalization.This paper starts from the definition of SMEs, analyzes the theories origin and background of SMEs Internationalization, compares the experiences and lessons of SMEs Internationalization with developed countries, analyzes the advantages and problems of SMEs Internationalization in China. After amending the internationalization index system, the paper chooses one hundred SMEs financial data to demonstration which from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces, and get conclusions. Finally, the paper put up internationalization strategies from internal &external, gradual & span, unite collaboration, brand aspects, and some new strategies according to current situation. Firstly, why internationalization. By analyzing many countries SMEs definition, and history evolving process, the paper defines the concept and standard. Secondly, internationalization theories. The paper summarizes the internationalization theories, in particular developing countries, conclude the explanation of SMEs existing, supplies the theory base for later research. Thirdly, the background of worldwide SMEs internationalization. The paper analyzes the worldwide SMEs internationalization status, concludes the existing problems of SMEs internationalization in China, makes references to the strategies selection. Fourthly, demonstration. The paper sums up the worldwide internationalization indexes, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages. After amending the indexes, the paper puts forward to a new, general index system. Then in order to get real situation of SMEs' internationalization in China, the paper chooses one hundred SMEs financial data to demonstration which from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces, measure the sample SMEs internationalization in international trade, investment, export goods structure, balance method aspects, get relative conclusions. These are the creative points of the paper. Finally, how to internationalization. It is crucial to SMEs to choose what strategies to internationalization. The paper analyzes the worldwide SMEs experience, government's policies to SMEs. On the basis of demonstration, the paper puts forward the internationalization strategies pertinently.
