The compensation policy and system plays an important role in enterprise management world. Reasonable compensation system will encourage employees to create excellent performance, to fulfill the strategic target of the enterprise, and provide the source of sustainable motive force for enterprise development.Bankcard-based electronic payment transaction industry is a newly emerging industry in China in recent years. A company is a typical enterprise in this industry, and also the main forces to advance the national bankcard industry. Therefore, establishing reasonable compensation system for A company is not only beneficial to the development of the enterprise, but also beneficial to the stability of the talents team, mobilizing the enthusiasm of various kinds of talents, and improving the core competence of the enterprise.The paper introduces the main content of the existing compensation system in A company, including the system of annual compensation for managers, performance wage system based on personal responsibility. In combination with the current international and national compensation system developing trends, based on the research on the Pay Theory, this paper proposes the viewpoint of multi-compensation system combination by pay for performance together with pay for skill and pay for competence. The exploration of multi-compensation system combination is the innovation of this paper.In Chapter 1, it describes the sense and aim of this research and the current situation of the related studies both at home and abroad. In Chapter 2, it lays an emphasis on the study of modern compensation design theory. In Chapter 3, it analyzing the structure and contents of compensation system in A enterprise. In Chapter 4, it proposes the preliminary design for establishing new distribution system in enterprise A.
