Remuneration management is the core content of human resource management.Reasonable and effective compensation management can effectively motivate employees' enthusiasm,attract and retain outstanding talents,thereby ensuring the realization of business goals and promoting the development of enterprises.Most modern enterprises have established a relatively complete human resources system to coordinate the relationship between the company and its employees.However,in the pay management module,modern enterprises still have many problems.Most of the enterprises still use the traditional salary management system.The irrational salary structure,the rigidity of the salary system,and the lack of compensation incentives have seriously hampered the development of the company.How to establish a scientific and reasonable salary system to adapt to the actual situation of the enterprise is a problem that every enterprise must solve.Designing such a salary system has important guiding significance and practical significance for the development of modern enterprises.Since American companies began to implement broadband pay in the 1990s,more and more companies have turned their attention to broadband pay.As a new salary structure,the broadband salary system is more flexible and more conducive to motivate employees' enthusiasm.Broadband remuneration has reduced the salary range and reduced the scope of salary changes.It has broken down the strict hierarchical concept under the traditional salary system,paid more attention to performance rather than positions,and encouraged employees to gain profits by improving their performance.This article first summarizes the background of the research and the significance of the research.It also summarizes the research status of scholars at home and abroad in the field of broadband compensation and the compensation theory related to broadband compensation.Second,after confirming the research method of this paper,the research framework of the full text is combed.Then,it introduced the basic information and remuneration system status of Company B,and analyzed the problems and causes of the current remuneration system.On this basis,the applicability analysis of B company's implementation of broadband compensation was carried out.After confirming that Company B is suitable to implement broadband remuneration,it elaborated on the design process of broadband remuneration and the safeguard measures for the implementation of broadband remuneration.This study aims to establish a set of broadband remuneration system that conforms to the actual situation of Company B through the above research.This helps Company B to better motivate employees,retain talents with high efficiency and high energy,and effectively combine the interests of employees with the interests of the company.The company's sustainable development capabilities.This article deals with the whole process of the design of the broadband salary system.It hopes that through the case of company B,it can provide certain reference and reference for broadband compensation design for other domestic companies.
