Study On Financing Problems Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Jilin City

With the increasing development of market economy system reform, the small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin City played important role in the following aspects, such as promoting economic growth, creating the opportunity of employment, increasing the finance revenue, flourishing the market etc. At present, the small and medium-sized private enterprises are developing to the direction of great scale and intensivism. At the stage, the financing need of small and medium-sized becomes imminent. However, to small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin City, the channel of financing is blocked heavily, that is, indirect financing is difficult, direct financing is impossible, the contradiction between supply and demand is outstanding. Difficulties of financing become the primary factor, which blocks the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin City. This paper, about the problem of the supplying the financing, adopts the following the methods, such as ,demonstration analysis, criterion analysis, history analysis, logic induction, and analyzes the causes of the financing difficulties in Jilin City, then proposes the countermeasures and suggestions according to the financing puzzledom of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin City., which can help to solve the financing problems and promote the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin City, so attain the rapid growth of the economic volume in Jilin City.This paper analyzes the status quo of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin City, such as ,the income of major business, the growth of large scale enterprises, the contribution to society and economy and the development of industrial integration, and analyzes deeply the financing puzzledom of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin City, such as, the lower level of regional financing service construction, the lower level of the credit added volume of business bank, the narrow financing channel and high financing cost .At the same time, combined with the present situation, according to the three factors : the small and medium-sized enterprises, finance system and government ,analyzes the deep causes of the small and medium-sized enterprises financing puzzledom. On the above analysis, combined with the foreign experiences, proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems from the following aspects, such as, Jilin government, finance institution, guaranty institution and government.
