So it has the vital significance to exploit the sport-tourism resources, protect and continue to use, impel the sports tourism to develop. The sport-tourism is an important part of Inner Mongolian traveling resources; studying the development of Mongolian nationality sport-tourism resources in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has the extremely importantly social value and theory to its economy and culture. Since founding of the nation, Inner Mongolian traveling and sports industry in greater scope and broader domain have directed to higher level development. Inner Mongolian sport-tourism resources are very rich and diverse. Furthermore they have national characteristic and bright region, and good resources disposition condition. If we adopt the correct development principle and the rational development design, this unique traveling resources will be able to be rationally utilized. This will not only be helpful to promote the development of Inner Mongolian traveling industry, but also will be advantageous to the development of Inner Mongolian economy. This will bring honor to the national spirit, enhance nationality self-confidence, deepen heart with other nationalities, promote multi-national areas to escape from poverty, realize the economy to soar.The findings indicated that Inner Mongolia has rich natural resources, unique nationally traditional sports superiority, glorious history and cultural heritage. But fundamental research of the development of the sport-tourism resources lags, we also lack the effective development pattern; furthermore some resources are restricted by regional setting and currently economic condition. These cause development in small scale and unitary product, and lack to combine the product. At the same time we can,t understand the sport-tourism sufficiently and regard sport-tourism work as a part of economical work; we can,t attach importance to the sport-tourism work too. The government of tourism's investment is insufficiency. In scenic area the infrastructure lags. The tourism has not formed the scale and traveling enterprise is small and weak. Moreover talented persons are seriously deficient; traveling industry and product structure are unreasonable, traveling commodity and tourist expensing total quantity are too small; traveling resources have not been able to transform the economical superiority. Finally we have not displayed the tourism to the economical impetus function.
