| In recent years, real estate industry in our country becomes hot and a focal point in our society. The concept of tourism real estate industry appears, and market running begins. Tourism real estate industry in our country develops fast, it attracts great attention in the field of tourism and real estate industry. Tourism real estate industry becomes a focal subject. The aim of this subject research lies in:1.Let everyone understand tourism real estate;2.Combin a district characteristics, choose a reasonable investment development of the tourism real estate mode, promote development of regional economy.The paper combines the theory analysis and demonstration analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. There are three chapters; Among them, chapter 3 ,chapter 4 and chapter 5 are key points of the research. The first chapter presents definition, type and characteristic of Tourism real estate, the understanding making everyone have a first step to the tourism real estate. The second chapter presents background of Tourism real estate. Chapter 3 present regional of China's Tourism real estate, the circumstance which combines different region carries on analysis. Development of tourism real estate industry will not only get an impetus to tourism and real estate industry in our country, but also push forward the development of relative industry and local economy, and then it becomes the powerful motivation to stimulate consuming and expand needs, so a new increase point is formed. Chapter 4 present condition and existent problem of China's Tourism real estate.
