Project planning capacity rate is0.8.The total construction area is460000m2.How to use the advantages of resources on the edge of the water’s project to create atourism and leisure resort features prominent real estate projects is the focus of this paper.Firstly,this paper discusses related concepts of tourism real estate and researchestourism real estate development on the theoretical basis of achievements at home andabroad, analyzes the tourism real estate the meaning and basic characteristics; secondly,comparative analyzes the domestic tourism real estate four kind of development model,summarizes their respective advantages and disadvantages; then, analyzes the water edgeproject opportunities, threats and advantage and inferior position, based on the SWOTanalysis of the tourism real estate development mode choice model, put forward for theactual project development mode, for developers to choose appropriate, optimize development mode to provide basis for decision making; finally, according to the projectof the foundation financial data, on the water edge projects carried out economic benefitevaluation, to determine the feasibility of the project.
