Discussion On The Regional Financial Cooperation Of The Pan-Pearl River Delta

The economic globalization and the region economic integration have become the historical trend, and based on our country domestic situation, economic relationship among the regions becomes closer and closer, under this background, the Pan—Pearl River Delta(PPRD) arises at the historic moment, economic cooperation is developing rapidly. As the core of the modern economy, the finance plays a very important role in the region economic cooperation, such as medium, guidance and adjustment. Regional financial cooperation will realize the free flowage and optimizing the configuration of financial resources, accelerate the permeation of financial capital and industrial capital in the region, and finally achieve the co-development and function of regional economy and finance. Firstly, this thesis elaborates the relating theories on regional financial cooperation area, then according to the economy and finance actuality in PPRD, points out that the regional financial cooperation in PPRD has the feasibility through great amount of statistic contrast and scientific analysis, and analyzes the factors that restrict the financial cooperation. And then, the thesis discusses on the basic frame of the PPRD's financial cooperation, and advances the establishment of four cooperation mechanisms: financial-balancing mechanism, information-sharing mechanism, interests-balancing mechanism, risk- prevention mechanism, moreover, it makes a suggestion on some supportive policies. Finally, the thesis proposes the finance integration between Guangdong-Hong Kong is the reality choice and the core step of the PPRD's financial cooperation, simultaneously; it should advance the cooperation between other province and Guangdong, to reduce the disparity as soon as possible, and finally impels the development of the economic and finance in PPRD.
