| The Pan Pearl River Delta region is one of the most dynamic and potential areas of China's economy,which plays an important role in the overall pattern of regional development.To promote a new round of the PPRD regional cooperation,the need to further strengthen mechanism innovation,solve development problems,to strengthen the momentum of development,Houzhi development advantages,explore the mainland and Hong Kong and Macao cooperation and co-operation between the East provinces(regions),the new mode of cooperation,in cooperation,provide more powerful support system for deepening the PPRD regional cooperation.Based on the theory of regional economic cooperation,intergovernmental management and compound administration theory,the innovation of the PPRD regional cooperation mechanism and the necessity,the PPRD regional cooperation mechanism of the background and the origin,development,main practices and its role,facing problems and challenges are systematically analyzed and summarized.At the same time,by using the method of comparative analysis,systematic study of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,the Yangtze River economic belt,the European Union and other regional cooperation mechanisms,analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of different mechanisms of cooperation,and the cooperation of the PPRD regional significance.Finally,on the basis of the comparison,put forward ideas and suggestions on deepening the PPRD regional cooperation mechanism innovation of constructing regional cooperation in the development of a new pattern,the construction of a unified market system,the establishment of regional industry coordinated development mechanism,establishing infrastructure interconnection mechanism,the establishment of funds safeguard mechanism,regional cooperation in the establishment of ecological environment supervision and coordination of comprehensive governance mechanism etc. |
