The Evaluation And Analysis About Performance Of The T Group Corporation

The state-owned enterprises are crucial for our national economic development, so they are must be supervised by our government who is their investor. The performance evaluation is a necessary means. The appropriate performance evaluation system is helpful for the option functioned and inspiriting the operator.From the perspective of the investors and operators, my dissertation studies the T Corporation which is a large state-owned holding enterprise. The group chooses the Performance Appraisal System of State-owned Capital as its method. I analyze its true operating conditions grounded on the system and judge whether it is scientific and rational or not.The result cannot directly reflect the reasons for the poor performance. Combining the system with practice, I choose some financial ratios to analyze the operation with the systems analysis, horizontal, vertical and structural ways and means. Measuring the company's ability of asset operating, debt repaying, profitability and development, I table some proposals to improve the level of management.In the process of evaluating and analyzing the group, I also found that the system cannot measure the performance exactly and some index of the system should be adjusted. I suggest that the enterprise should construct internal reports and the system adopt the EVA as the core factor and add the EBITDA. The system should be improved by the investor and operators.I hope my research is referential for that the investors appraise the invested firms scientifically and the firms use the performance evaluation system to develop themselves better.
