Along with the economic integration of the world and the internationalization of competitions,more and more business groups begin to arise in China.But the difficulty of management remains a big problem to the group corporation while expanding.Internal performance evaluation is an organic part in business management.The results of performance evaluation provide the necessary information for the formulation of strategy and strategic development planning, accordingly guiding the subsidiaries to operate efficiently and develop well,so it is very important to use an appropriate evaluation system to evaluate the subsidiaries'performance.The group corporation evaluating the subsidiaries' performance(hereinafter called the group's internal performance evaluation)has its uniqueness,but the traditional studies on firm performance evaluation are mostly based on single enterprises,and they have not already meet the need of the system of parent-subsidiary corporation,so it is necessary to structure the new theoretical system of group's internal performance evaluation in order to guide group corporation in charge of subsidiaries effectively and promote the sound development of the system of parent-subsidiary corporation.Firstly,the paper studies the evolution process of performance evaluation system and analyzes the status quo and problems of group's internal perform-ance evaluation system of our country;Secondly,the paper elaborates on group's internal performance evaluation system:One is that it points out the particularity of group's internal performance evaluation system;Focusing on analyzing the elements of group's internal performance evaluation system and specially noting that the evaluation index is the carrier of performance evaluation system,and external performance of the content of performance evaluation; Through analyzing the good and bad points of our country's present index system of enterprise performance evaluation,it points out several reasons that the index system can not adapt the group's internal performance evaluation.On the basis of it,absorpting the essence of Economic Value Added and Balanced Scorecard, considering intelligence capital's vital role,it consummates the index system of group's internal performance evaluation;Lastly,because the performance evaluation model is a performance evaluation system having unique feature,it is focused on research.According to the difference of the control model of parent-subsidiary corporation,the paper proposes three kinds of models of group's internal performance evaluation-the process model,the output model and the balanced model.Meanwhile,in order to correspond to these models,it classifies the consummated indexes of group's internal performance evaluation as three kinds-input performance index,process performance index,and output performance index according to the control process.There are many factors that influence the model of group's internal performance evaluation,so we need consider various kinds of factors synthetically in order to select suitable performance evaluation model for the parent-subsidiary corporation.Because the length is limited,the paper only considers the factor-group type.It separately chooses the suitable performance evaluation model for different groups.And combining the index system of group's internal performance evaluation,it determines the index system of different performance evaluation model.In a word,the paper mainly studies the system of group's internal performance evaluation based on control process.It distinguishes from the traditional one,and it also does good to further perfection of Balanced Scorecard. So we hope that the new system of performance evaluation can play a certain guidance role to the management practice of parent-subsidiary corporation in our country.
