The Study On The Long Efficient Mechanism Of Sustainable Development Of Agricultural Science-technology Park

Agricultural science-technology park has received a great progress since it appearedin 1994. By far there is more than 4000 agricultural science-technology park in ourcountry. It plays an important role in solving agriculture, countryside and peasants'problem, promoting the basic transition of the agricultural growth way, strengthening theinnovation ability of agricultural science and technology, advancing agriculturalindustrial structure's adjustment and agricultural industrialization's process. Theagricultural science-technology park has demonstrated a new pattern of economicdevelopment of era of science and technology agriculture, brought up a new economicform of the industry of science and technology agriculture, and become the mainstreamsof development in 21 st. Because of short developing time and insufficient experiences,the building of agricultural science-technology park developed in confusion, and its usewas not to be given to the full. And agricultural science-technology park has to confrontmany problems and could not steps into the sustainable development process. Thus,exploring the long-efficiency mechanism of sustainable development of agriculturalscience-technology park which is suitable to national conditions of our country andregional economic development seems particularly important. Setting up thelong-efficiency mechanism is favorable to healthy and rapid development of agriculturalscience- technology park, and it will promote the realization of agriculturalmodernization more effectively.The article consists of 6 chapters. Chapter one introduces the background of thetitle, the meaning of study, the actuality of study of agricultural science-technology parkin china and abroad. It also introduces the thinking, approach and technical route of thestudy. Chapter two introduces basic theories and relevant concepts studied. It analyzesthe basic theory of the construction of agricultural science-technology park at first. Thenit introduces the sustainable development theory in the agricultural science-technologypark. At last, it introduces the relevant contents of long-efficiency mechanism and therelationship between long-efficiency mechanism and sustainable development. Chapter three has summarized the developing models of foreign agricultural science-technologypark, and their referenced meaning to ours. On the basis of further investigation, chapterfour analyzes the achievement made in sustainable development of agriculturalscience-technology park and the existing problems. And according to the data ofquestionnaire investigated, using the fuzzy layer-analytical method to carry on theanalysis of real example, it has confirmed the influencing degree of the factors thatinfluence the sustainable development level of the agricultural science-technologypark. To the existing problems and main influencing factors of agricultural science-technology park in our country, chapter five has proposed countermeasures for itssustainable development, including the suggestions of innovative mechanism,modernized management system, circular economy model and macroscopic mechanismof management. And thus, we propose its sustainable development's long-efficiencymechanism for the administrative department of government and the enterprises andpeasant households that participate in the construction of agricultural science-technologypark.
