As a model of "energy saving and emission reduction,low investment and high efficiency",circular agriculture has become the trend of agricultural development in various countries in the world.China has also vigorously promoted the construction of circular agricultural systems by building national development standards and technical models for circular agriculture.However,how to better coordinate the social,economic,and ecological benefits of the circulatory system,especially through the evaluation of the economic,cyclic,and ecological circulatory system,found the existing problems and deficiencies,so as to form an optimized plan for improving the system and improving efficiency The healthy development of circular agriculture is undoubtedly very important.In view of this,this article takes the "pig-marsh-vegetable" circulatory system of the Liaoning Province Eco-Technology Park as a research case,on the basis of systematically summarizing the basic theory of circular agriculture development evaluation,and forming a circular agriculture development The basic theoretical system of evaluation,combined with the specific characteristics of the circular agricultural system of the pastoral ecological science and technology park in Liaoning Province,constructs a comprehensive development evaluation index system.On the basis of mastering the relevant data of the circulation system of the park in detail,the social,economic and ecological benefits of the circulation system of the park are evaluated through the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method.Compared with traditional agriculture,the advantages of reduction,recycling of resources,efficiency of economic output,and environmental protection of agricultural production are outstanding.It can be said that "reduction,reuse,recycling" has basically been achieved 3R development.But at the same time,the development of circular agriculture in the pastoral ecological science and technology park has also exposed some problems,mainly in resources.There are five aspects: single circulation mode,excessive emphasis on economic benefits from the production technology structure and process selection,the level of harmless treatment of waste,the imbalance of resources circulation capacity among the recycling agricultural subsystems,and the concept of recycling agricultural system construction to be reformed.On this basis,this article puts forward relevant suggestions for the optimization and development of the future rural ecological science and technology garden circular agriculture system from the perspective of the enterprise and the government.
