How to divide the margin on mobile information service industry was to be discussed in the paper. Game theory, value-chain theory, pricing theory of information product and two-sided market theory were used in the paper.The mobile information service was decided as a two-sided market after discussion. A margin model was built based on the case of China Mobile and Tecent. A further discussion was illustrated when there was any chance the margin increasing as the customers' need becoming bigger. The conditions were also discussed when the two sides would agree to collaborate after phases of gaming.The data and chart were ticked off to find the power of gaming on both of them.Mobile information service was characterized by information products. A special model should be built to study the margin division instead of any value-chain's else.To gain a win-win result, the players of the mobile information market should keep developing and make the advantages of themselves.
