Research And Application Of Instant Messaging-driven Manufacturing Execution Workflow

At present,the manufacturing execution business is versatile,and manufacturing enterprise has diverse business processes.The business processes of different enterprises in different time periods are different,and process reconfiguration may occur at any time,thus the workflow technology for supporting manufacturing business process modeling and processes,optimization and business process implementation has received extensive attention.This article is devoted to the use of social instant messaging to stream workflow transactions and the use of shop floor processes to define business processes to address the diversity of manufacturing execution workflows.Aiming at the complexity of the IoT environment and its event processing scenarios in the manufacturing workshop,this paper proposes an instant message-driven manufacturing execution workflow system.This paper introduces the background of the research,the development status of manufacturing execution system,the application of workflow technology in manufacturing execution system and the research status of instant messaging technology.The paper then proposes the manufacturing execution workflow defined by the workshop process flow,introduces the traditional workflow node,the process execution workflow flow node defined by the process flow,and the workflow model composed of these nodes.It can effectively solve the business diversity problem.Finally,this paper introduces the instant messaging problem of business response by introducing the technology of instant message-driven workflow,and introduces the model,driving mechanism and message processing protocol of instant message-driven workflow.The mechanism for instant messaging-driven manufacturing execution workflows packages the tasks to be performed in the manufacturing execution workflow through a custom Manufacturing Event Protocol(MEP)and Instant Messaging Protocol(IMP)and sends them to the process.The instant messaging client executes and drives the execution of the entire process.This paper solves the problem of manufacturing enterprise business diversity and transaction response immediacy by using instant messaging technology to drive themanufacturing system that executes the workflow system.The system is suitable for internal communication projects of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises that are produced in small batches.It can adapt to the diversity of manufacturing enterprises in terms of projects and provide more scalable space for the diversity of manufacturing enterprises.
