This paper attempts to apply the theoretical knowledge related to electronic commerce, discussing to mobile e-ticketing in the business operation mode, pay means, industry value chain and marketing model, put forward some suggestions for future development strategies. Mobile e-ticketing is the brand-new realm that the current our country electronic commerce develops, it passes mobile communications and e-booking to combine together, creating an all new electronic commerce of an application business so that people may, anywhere at any time, without queuing, even purchase tickets to paperless services. Tickets: The tour beauty spot admission ticket, film and drama ticket, with concerts, sports events, exhibitions & museum ticket, with various tickets etc.; orders can also expand to use the long-distance bus tickets, with railway tickets, airline tickets, boat tickets and other electronic ticket services. The wider uses of mobile e-ticketing, ability the convenient customer consume, lower related service cost, improve the exchanges & operations efficiency, and increase a good social performance. Also has certain realistic meaning to the building of our harmonious society.This paper set out from the point of mobile operators view, start with the market fixed position of mobile e-ticketing, through the business models of mobile e-ticketing, a means of payment, industry value chain and marketing mode which in-depth analysis and study put forward a suitable and effective corresponding mode, namely: The business model adopts "service provider" mode. Pay means for the third square of the mobile operator's collection small sum payment. It's adoption "smart ecosystem" of the industry value chain. The marketing mode is a wireless marketing. Finally, for the prospects for the development of mobile e-ticketing made a strategic analysis.
