Wireless music business which in Inner Mongolia and even China Mobile group is the most mature development, the most users’ be awareness of and recognized business.Firstly, this paper introduces some marketing’s core concept such as the data mining analysis, the dynamic and the fine. Secondly, from the different angle of view it analysis deeply of the development condition of the Inner Mongolia Mobile wireless music business, studied the current market environment, the industrial value chain, analysis the existing problems, the design ideas and the detailed implement scheme of the Inner Mongolia Mobile wireless music precision marketing system are also proposed. Finally, the paper show two cases according to the precision marketing ideas, gives the author’s own understanding and analysis of them, and puts forward the shortage of the system in specific marketing practice, meanwhile the next direction is also discussed.
