In recent years, in company with the in-depth study of the theories of the enterprise's management and the incessant reform of the practice of the enterprise's management, the ethical problem in the business management activities is gradually attached great importance to by the theory and business circles, and it is a new trend for ethic to infiltrate into the business activities broadly and comprehensively. Facing all kinds of unethical business behaviors which exist widespread in the market economic activities, people feel it an urge that the enterprise should be ethicizingly managed. Thus, the ethicizing management is becoming an inevitable choice for the existence and development of enterprises. Meanwhile, along with the accelerated development of the world economy and China's accession to the World Trade Organization, our enterprises have no choice but to accept a more stringent inspection and supervision from the entire international community. If Chinese enterprises want to survive and develop in the intense international competitions, they must organize their own business activities by following the rules of the operation of the world economy and moral principles inherent in the market economy. Ethical management is a magic weapon for enterprises to win in the competitions. However, when we make an analysis of the current ethical situation of China's enterprises, we may find out some serious problems. The market is flooded with fake and shoddy goods and all kinds of illegal acts have occurred from time to time. Enterprises are far from being aware of the importance and urgency of ethicizing management in the new situation, so they are severely deficient in business ethics. As a result, the research on the ethicized management is very necessary. This is not only beneficial to the survival and development of enterprises but also of great significance for the prosperity of China's market economy and progress of the whole society.This thesis begins with exploring connotation of the ethicizing management of enterprises, analyze the reasonable aspects of its existence, and put forward the suggestion that enterprises should implement ethicizing managements based on the world market. But in the face of us is the fact that enterprises are short of the ethic in the management. Their anti-ethical business behavior is mainly due to lack of effective supply system of domestic and foreign enterprises. Therefore, the control and anti-ethical business conduct must start with the system, because the security of system is an effective measure to promote enterprises'ethical business choices. System and ethic are mutually interdependent and mutually reinforcing. The system itself has the characteristics of group, stability, coerciveness, operability, which decides system can guarantee the implementation of ethic. So from the perspective of system to study the issue of the enterprise's ethical management is really possible. Only by putting the ideas of the enterprise's ethicizing management into reality can the system be implemented effectively in practice. In order to guarantee the system of ethicizing management, it is also necessary to strengthen construction of the system ethicization and the ethic institutionalization. Both can play the systematic function effectively and ensure the implementation of the ethicized management, so as to achieve the ethicizing management objectives of the enterprise and the invincible position in competitions forever.This thesis is made up from the following four interrelated components: Chapter One focuses on the connotation and reasonability of the enterprise's ethicizing management. The enterprise's ethicizing management is both a legitimate and a moral business. In its reasonable aspect, in theory it is the existence of two important attributes of their own that is both an economic entity and an ethical entity, decided by the dual nature of the individual and the social. In practice, that the enterprise's ethicizing management is reasonable lies in its great significance for the enterprise's own development and the progress of the entire society.In Chapter Two, we will make an analysis of the current business situation and the cause of the anti-business ethics. The Lack of ethic in the Chinese enterprises is mainly due to the insufficiency of effective system supply inside and outside the enterprises. Therefore, we should restrict and guard against unethical business practices from the point of the system, and strengthen the system guarantee of the ethicizing management.Chapter Three discusses the necessity and feasibility of operating systematic guarantee of the enterprise's ethicizing management. Its necessity can be summarized as the systematic guarantee is to solve the problem of the enterprise's ethical deficiencies, and is also the important method of realizing the enterprise's ethicizing management. The feasibility is determined by the inherent relationship between system and ethic. On one hand, system and ethic are interrelated so that system could intervene in ethic. On the other hand, ethic and system promote each other, the characteristics of the group, stability, certainty, the mandatory and the operational of the system itself also decided system can guarantee the implementation of ethic.Chapter Four puts forward some measures of the systematic guarantee of the enterprise's ethicizing management. It mainly contains two aspects of constructions. First, it is necessary to strengthen the constructions of system ethicization. We should ensure the moral reasonability of systems to enhance the functions of systematic guarantee. Second, it is also necessary to strengthen the institutionalization of ethic. We may strengthen the restraint of ethic and morality through a systematic way. The two are interdependent, and both of them play a common role in the enterprise's ethicizing management so as to perform the guarantee function of the system in ethic.
