It not only can reflect the life condition of Guangxi Hakka and its diet culture,but olso can discover the relation of Hakka diet culture and local culture through folk details,and take hold of the culture feature of Hakka.This paper attempts to inspect the diet custom in sacrifice of Hakka,which is based on field work and the history and nowadays of Hakka culture,and from the behaviour of participation. We want to analyse the structure and symbol of Hakka sacrifice diet custom,discover the potential power and its modern function.
