Chinese motorcycle industry was beginning in 20 century 50 decades, developing in 20 century 80 decades, growing up in 20 century 90 decades. At the beginning of the manufacturing of the Chinese first motorcycle in May 1 1951, our motorcycle industry came into a new time. The Chinese innovation gave us a huge opportunity that we never get from the past time in 20 century 80 decades. For the 10 years development, we refurbished 2 notes continually. In 1997, the whole manufacture quantities of Chinese motorcycle reached 10 million in one year first, in 2006, the whole manufacture quantities of Chinese motorcycle reached 20 million in one year first, and it was much more than 50% of the total quantities of the world. Through the development, our country had been the biggest manufacture and consumption country of the motorcycle. We are the first country of the motorcycle manufacture quantities in the world for lasted 13 years. Now, We have the abilities to produce 15 styles and 2000 varieties motorcycle and stronger accessory serving system. Because of the poor price of the labor force, the price of our motorcycle have fierce competition in the international market. The output quantities of the motorcycle increased greatly, and it is the biggest in the world in 6 years continually.In the recently years, many local governments forbidden the using of the motorcycle. In the same time, private vehicles and electro motion bike impacted the market, the market of the motorcycle atrophied rapidly. The international motorcycle market almost became the only hope of Chinese motorcycle industry. So, the leaders of the Chinese motorcycle companies must resolve that how they can exert the advantages of the companies and get more shares of the market.Jincheng group is the example that we want to analyze Because the it is the one of the earliest companies that entered into the international motorcycle market, and the quantities of exporting have been the first for many years in china, so it is representative for the internationalization strategy of the whole Chinese motorcycle industry. We shall analyze the strategy environment of Jincheng group, as well as superiority and weakness. So, we can put forward the internationalization strategy of this company.The thesis is composed of six chapters. The first chapter is introduction. It includes the research background of this thesis, the theory and documents used and the research content, method, frame; The second chapter is brief introduction of Jincheng group background and complexion of the motorcycle products. We also introduce the development of the internationalization strategy of Jincheng group; The third chapter is analysis of competition environment international motorcycle market and giving the theory accords of implement using SWOT theory; The forth chapter is to confirm the total internationalization strategy of Jincheng motorcycle from using the target market theory of internationalization strategy; The fifth chapter is to bring forward some advices for total internationalization strategy of Jincheng group and sum up the total article.
