| Based on the research results of various relative literatures, this article starts with describing the goal and task of an enterprise by the path of strategic management. It analyses the goal and task of Jincheng's Motorcycle Industry on the basis of the Jincheng Group's Goal. By analyzing the internal and external critical factors, it states the current domestic and overseas environments this company faces and its resource collocation in order to grasp the chance and confirm and comment the company's advantage and disadvantage.In the article, much analysis technique has been used synthetically, such as Statistic Analysis, Graph Analysis, Contrast Analysis, Survey, Theory-Practice Analysis, which help establish the Motor Development Strategy of Jincheng Group in the period of "Shi Yi Wu": Market Development Strategy, Product Development Strategy, Horizontal Interation Strategy and Concentric Diversification Strategy. Furthermore, the article gives out some constructive suggestion on the execution and control of those strategies as the support of the feasibility of strategic management. |
