There has been 20 stock A tourism listed company exitingat Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange Transaction System inChina till the end of 2005, which mainly distribute at someservice industry such as tourism spot, hotel, tourism agency,integrated service and so on; to some extent, it also has beenbecoming a special tourism part in the stock exchange market.Generally speaking, the tourism listed companies are usuallythe leader of its tourism industry, which plays an importantpart in promoting the development of Chinese tourism.Since 1990s, Most Chinese tourism listed companies has beenbringing the strategy management into the corporation'soperation due to it's sever competition through the tourismindustry, and they also implement an integrated corporationgrowing strategy; thereinto, diversification strategy andInternationalization strategy are used very popular. Sometourism listed company achieved tremendous effort throughimplementing the reasonable corporation growing strategy,while other companies turned worse or even went bankruptcy dueto its blindly implementation of unreasonable corporationgrowing strategy. Therefore, take into the long-term visionconsideration, in order to enhance Chinese tourism listedcompany's international competition strength, to promote thedevelopment of Chinese tourism listed company in a consecutiveand healthy manner, it is compulsory for us to take steps tosystematically summarize the successful experience ofcorporation growing strategy of global tourism.In this essay, it firstly introduced the general conceptionand researched summary of Chinese tourism listed company, andit also presented the theory of corporation growing strategyin details; and which then simply analyzed its' classification,characteristic, current condition, and also the developmentcondition of Chinese tourism listed company in details on the basis of public report of tourism listed company.
