A large number of researches show that enterprise's key competitiveness and diversification strategics have inevitable connection and inherent relation. Key competitiveness is the source that enterprises get and keep the advantage of competing for a long time. It is foundation and prerequisite of diversification strategics too. Diversification is divided into relevant pluralism and non-relevant pluralism on the basis of key competitiveness. A large number of practices prove that it can make better result to put pluralism among frame of competitiveness.Diversification is an idea and model of corporation development.
