Research On Circular Economy And Sustainable Development Of Hunan's Economy

The economy is increasing with the fast development of theindustrialization. But the industrialization also brings more and morenegative effects. We are facing a lot of challenges coming from theenvironment and the economy. The current resources and environmentcan not meet the needs of high-speed development of the economy underthe traditional mode. It is very important for Hunan to know how to dealwith the relationship among economic development, environmentalprotection and resources exploitation. We must have a correctunderstanding of the current economic situation in Hunan, then realize aplan of measuring up to and surmounting other areas.At present, it is a good opportunity for Hunan to develop circulareconomy. Comparatively speaking, Hunan is in a favorable naturalenvironment. If we develop Hunan economy with the idea of circulareconomy, we can avoid following the track of the overturned cart andpromote the economy in Hunan. So it is very important and realistic toput forward some reasonable suggestions basing on current situation inHunan. We aim at putting forward a mode of developing economy whichis suitable for Hunan.Circular economy is a brief name for the material close-loopdynamic economy which is essentially an eco-economy. "reducing amount, reusing and recycling" are the three major principles of it.According to their orders in practice and the following courses of thematerials, the practical levels of circular economy are the following three:1, practicing no pollution manufacture in the enterprises; 2,promoting thecoupling of industrial ecological communities among enterprises;3,establishing social recycling industry.The thesis analyzes circular economy with the concerning theoriesof philosophy, ecology, eco-economics, institutional economics and so on,and analyzes the phenomena in reality to elucidating concerning theories,and serves practice. Study methods of comparison and analysis, induction and deduction are combined together. Beginning from the origin ofcircular economy, the fundamental concept of it has been defined and theprinciples, traits, and different levels in application are analyzed.Meanwhile, based on the study of authentic proof, this thesis putsforward the following idea: developing circular economy is the inevitableway to realize the sustainable growth in Hunan's economy. It is alsopointed out that to develop the circular economy of Hunan, we shouldlearn from the experience of the developed countries, take measuressuitable for local conditions, explore circular economic mode suited toHunan. We should also set up systems to promote the vigorousdevelopment of circular economy, and puts forward some measures forHunan.
