During 21st century, culture economy starts change the style of producing andliving, the owner and creator of culture which is human resource will instead of otherresources to become the most important element of the developing of the hotel. Theimportance of HR management make that the Strengthen of Human Resourcemanagement is the necessary of the hotel operating, is the provided term of theimprovement of employees diathesis and the assurance about the profit of economyand society. Overpass the research of HR management of Jiangxi province, I think itis important and necessary to suggest to the Jiangxi hotel industry.In Jiangxi hotel industry the whole level of the obtain employment is low, thestructure of the HR is unreasonable, the training of HR in the education department isalso felicity, and the control of government is weak, etc. All these problem lead somebad result of Jiangxi Hotel Industry such as the high rate of the flow of the HR toother industries, the lag development of the hotel industry and etc. How to change theactuality, how to develop the hotel industry with the improvement of HRmanagement are the problem we have to find out the way.This article based on the reality, suggest for the problems of Jiangxi Hotel. Firstof all, all the people relate to hotel management should change the mind of HRmanagement, implement the global and scientific strategy of HR. Then, all shouldcombine the local situation, do the management base on the place and time. At themeantime, the government's system and whole plan of education system also have tosurround the development of hotel, criterion and perfect the industry, education andresearch of the education and management system, make good usage and developingof Hotel HR.
