The same the commodity markets as the financial markets are subjected to market mechanisms, and the major role are played by price and decide to provide the size of financial products, profits and market competitive position. After China joined in the WTO, the interests of market has continued declining to force commercial banks adapt to changes of market and transformed traditional business to the intermediate business .Prices of their products is the development of marketing strategies as an integral part of the portfolio and progressive integration into the supply and demand of the mutual restraint and compromise among the competition in the market. It is worthy that China's commercial banks are not yet mature pricing mechanism of business product and price which lack of reflection and study is arbitrariness. Because the financial derivatives category intermediate business products has just started and in the implementation processtraditional products pricing approach of intermediate business in China has also been a lot of problems, moreover,I had limited power and have difficult in collecting data and the difficulty in these circumstances. I only introduced intermediate business products traditional pricing methods to study.At first,The paper is based on domestic and foreign commercial banks development status of intermediate business and defined as the intermediate business, intermediate business products pricing characteristics of the basic principles and the basis for pricing exposition summarizes the pricing of products among the basic principles. Second, intermediate business products pricing situation of the foreign commercial banks are compared with the problem of intermediate business in our courty. The third, by the government and banks'control and analysis of the efficiency, intermediate business products on the specific pricing and the implementation of various programs to the different nature of the business. For "government guidance pricing" and the "market price" of two different mechanisms define scope.Forth,I provided intermediate business products pricing methods in dealing with the above method is based as the model citing the Fujian Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of the case and make conclusions. At last I provided methods and suggests for problems.
