This thesis has studied the trans-regional development strategy of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises as the topic and located the study object at small and medium-sized real estate enterprises. As to the particular stage of enterprise lifespan, applying to general theory of enterprise strategic management and combining the detailed conditions of the present real estate market of our country, this thesis analyzed the necessity and importance of the research on trans-regional development strategy of small and medium-scale real estate enterprise at present, further,proposed that small and medium-scale real estate enterprises of our country should carry on trans-regional development in the future. Unified the general theory of enterprise development strategy and the reality of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises, this thesis analyzed and proposed the main content of the trans-regional development strategy of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises. Besides analyzed real estate brand establishment and construction, corporate culture setting-up and propaganda, the strategic alliance construction before the trans-region expand of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises, this thesis has also studied the way of brand expand, the method and route of corporate culture dissemination, the fusion between the corporate culture and the different region culture, the conformity and risk control after the achievement of strategic alliance,and on this basis this thesis pointed out that the brand, the corporate culture and the strategic alliance is not isolated but related in the trans-regional development strategy of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises.
