Study On The Urban Infrastructure Construction Financing Pattern Of Jiangnan New Developed Area In Wanzhou City Of Chong Qing

The city of Chongqing is an indispensable and important link in Western Development Program. Located in the integration of the upper and middle reaches of Yangtze River and center belt of Three Gorges reservoir area, the geography location of Wanzhou city has great superiorities. In the Chongqing-Wanzhou-Yichang development pattern called'one axes, two deploitation', Chongqing'one circle, two wing', Wanzhou city plays an important support role in Three Gorges reservoir area. Therefore, the urban infrastructure construction of Wanzhou city is extremely important to urban construction and development of Three Gorges reservoir area, so much as to the whole Chongqing city.Combined with the basic theories and project financing pattern of urban infrastructure construction, the urban infrastructure construction financing pattern and specific ideas of Jiangnan new developed area in Wanzhou city were analyzed. Firstly, the theoretically analysis about pattern and technique of urban infrastructure construction was performed. That is, basic theoretic research on urban infrastructure was analyzed, including the concept, content, classify, characteristics, benefit characteristic and the relationships to urban sustainable development of urban infrastructure. And the development trend of urban infrastructure was discussed. Secondly, the theoretically analysis about economy pattern of urban infrastructure construction was performed. That is, the financing pattern of urban infrastructure was researched. Combined with the stratagem and realities of Western Development Program, the financing pattern of urban infrastructure construction was analyzed, and the concepts and operate fashions of BOT, TOT and ABS, and the comparison of them were introduced in details. Finally, the realities and development trend of urban infrastructure construction and embodied operation ideas in Jiangnan new developed area of Wanzhou district in Chongqing municipality was analyzed. It provides an example for the infrastructure construction of other cities in the western region.
