A Study Of Capital Collecting Mode For Infrastructure Construction Of Towns Surrounding Cities

The satellite city infrastructure construction is extremely significant for constructing harmonious social, it involves to the benefits of various social strata, and it needs the strong attention by the various social strata. How to plan the satellite city construction efficaciously, perfect the satellite city infrastructure, enhance the satellite city construction synthesis service function, improve the satellite city ecological environment, increase the farmer's income, develop the country side, prosper the countryside, these are the new content of the satellite city construction, also are the new tasks for the satellite city constructer.At first, this paper introduced the significance and background of this study, the present research situation of this issue, the research content and key innovative points. At second, we analyzed the development, existing situation and primary problem of the financing for the satellite city infrastructure construction in China. At third, we discussed the construction practice, financing mode and basic experience of constructing satellite city infrastructure. At forth, we presented several feasible financing modes and material implementation approaches for the satellite city infrastructure construction in China. Finally, we designed a financing example of Zhu-zhou Ma-Jia-he the satellite city infrastructure construction.The key contribution of this paper is, it presents several feasible financing modes and material implementation approaches for the satellite city infrastructure construction in China.
