Study On Management System Of Ciqikou Block In Chongqing City

After the middle period of 1980s, movement that "transforming the old city " had been brought out on a large scale in the range of my country ,through some bitter lessons that some historical city zones destroyed seriously, under the criticism of large quantities of experts and scholars and the social people's query, strengthening the work of protection of the historical cultural city is brought into schedule. Our domestic cause of historical relic's protection and city construction has entered a new developing stage with first list of historical cultural city that the State Council announced. 1998, Chongqing Ciqikou ancient town was confirmed as the historical block by the State Council and brought into the protection and layout system of the historical cultural city of Chongqing, because of it's unique mountain region style and features, street lane pattern, the historical building and cultural tradition, the protection and development work for the Chongqing Ciqikou ancient town had raised the curtain formally by the leading power of the Shapingba district people's government. In recent years, the protection and development work for the Chongqing Ciqikou ancient town obtained a series of achievement attracting a great deal of people's attention, and it has become the up-market project of travel industry in Shapingba district already, and the important external reception window of Chongqing city.With a constant deepening of tourism development of Ciqikou ancient town, it is prominent day by day that contradictions of tourism development and protection of resources, ecology pollute with environmental protection, modern life style and of the traditional folk culture. Whether these problems could be dealt carefully with, not only merely concerned the future trend of the Ciqikou ancient town and protection work for the whole historical legacy of Chongqing city, but the stability of the society and realization of the goal that constructing harmonious society in the round. For this reason, I worked hard to find out the contradictory reason that appears, understanding the realistic state of the management system of Ciqikou ancient town in depth, through study to the course and content of the protection and development work for the Ciqikou ancient town on the basis of visit.This text uses literature research, questionnaire investigation, the sociology method by deep interview with observing, to find out the course of the Ciqikou ancient town management system forming, analyzing the problems of the protection and development work for the Ciqikou ancient town that appears at the present stage, giving the countermeasures and suggestions in management system of the Ciqikou town finally, for the support mechanism, the intendance mechanism, the fund raises mechanism, resource and environmental protection mechanism, and resident participate in, etc.
