Study Of The City Crisis Management Based On The Fast City-Concentrenting And Economical Globalization

The economic, political and cultural centers have been continuously concentrating in the city, as well as the safety risks. One reason is the urbanization, which destroys the stable structure of the traditional city formed in the traditional planned-economy era, induces the population and the fortune to rush into the city and puts forward austere challenges to the resources, environment, public establishment and management in the city. Another is the globalization, which brings on the speedy global flowage of the city's elements, including people, substance, capital, technology and information, and makes the elements and the structure of the city become more unstable. The two main reasons cause the public safety of the city to be a much more significant problem. Therefore, in the background of the globalization, analyzing the status of the city crisis management and the existed problems is in favor of consummating the theory and enhancing the capability of the city crisis management in China.This article first of all defines crisis, crisis management and city crisis management aspectively; secondly, analyzes the sorts and characteristics of the city crises, the internal reasons why the city crises happen so frequently, the current status and the achievement of the city crisis managemen, and the challenges and opportunities the globalization brings to the city of China; thirdly summarizes the experience and the shortages of the city crisis management in advanced countries; lastly puts forward a series of countermeasures to improve the ability of the city crisis management, on the basis of the real situation in China.
