Study Of The Model Of The City Crisis Management Based On The Fast City-concentrating In China

The acceleration of urbanization, bringing the economic and social prosperity. But bringing the frequent occurrence of Urban crisis brought, because of the dense population centers and economic, Cities are affected by natural and man-made disasters. The development of the city, not only was the formation of the fragile ecological threat of natural disasters, but also urban traffic accidents, fires and environmental pollution caused by man-made disasters. In July 1999 ,the United Nations in Geneva, adopting the strategy the focus of disaster reduction in urban, community and building safety in 21st century.In the society of Chinese ,the center of economic, political and cultural going to city constantly, security risks attendant to urban areas. The rapid development of urbanization, breaking the traditional city under the planned economy, the urban population and the rapid concentration, the environment, infrastructure, and urban management posing a severe challenge. However, The management of China's current urban crisis facing many problems, the traditional model of crisis management, hinders the development of our urban crisis management. So, This article proposes to reflect on the current urban crisis management, giving innovation exploration, enhancing the management of city's crisis capacity in china comprehensively.Combined actual conditions in China, the administrative reform of crisis management is not perfect. Such as the means of management is single, especially, many government's inadequate capacity to respond to crises, there is something with the crisis warning protection. So, it is important to promoting sustainable development of cities, pay more attention to the development of sustainable urban and keeping the safety and coordination.The urban environment safety is an important part of the sustainable development in political and economic. So, foster the people-oriented city in crisis management, strengthen prevention and early warning, improve relevant laws and regulations, strengthening the crisis, build responsibility-based service-oriented government.
