Industrial cluster is a hot topic during the course in which many countries and areas seek their economic development.And then industrial domain is becoming one of the main models for achieving industrial cluster.This article chooses a typical industrial domain-Software Domain in FuZhou as an object for researching and begins discussion by talking about the competition and cooperation among enterprises in the domain.The article is based on the following condition that nowadays,when many areas in our country are building industrial domains,they usually only care about the number of enterprises but they often neglect whether those enterprises have industrial relationship with each other.As a result,it would lead that this kind of simple centralization in geographic sense cannot grow into industrial cluster which,as we know, can bring outer scale ecomomy.Besides reading a lot of related information,the researching method of this article includes interview and investigation which mainly aim at some main persons who work at government or enterprises in there.The result shows that the competition and cooperation among those enterprises located at the typical domain is not consanguineous,which is led by many factors.In the ending of this article,this article will sum up those causes and put forward some pertinent advice.
