Research On Current Status And Industrial Competition And Cooperation Of Lumpy Economy Of Wenzhou

As a kind of vigorous economic development model, industrial clusters are becoming a common phenomenon in the world. Practice has proved that development by cluster not only is the foundation and endless motivation of enhancing regional competitiveness and boosting economic development, but also an outcome of adaptive innovation of product organization under the circumstance of product model and market change. Information Technology Industrial Cluster of American Silicon Valley, leather processing industrial cluster in northern Italy, software Industrial Cluster of India Bangalore and Industrial Cluster of Taiwan Xinzhu Science Park are successful examples of development by cluster. Many industrial clusters in some districts, especially coastal areas of our country have achieved significant success. Industrial cluster is no more exceptional phenomenon in few areas, in contrast, it has been a great model for China's regional development and industry construction and industries in more and more areas show their development trend by cluster. But industrial cluster in most of areas are in their preliminary stage which are of the model of Industrial space construction in the form of Lumpy Economy, and the size effect and cluster effect can't take into effect under such kind of industrial clusters.This paper takes Lumpy Economy as the subject for research and utilizes practical investigation, empirical evidence, game theory analysis and multi-principle approach comprehensively. We start this research in the perspective of competition and cooperation of cluster industry using the development case of Wenzhou District of Zhejiang Province where some typical Lumpy economies exist. This paper will use Game Theory to analyze enterprises'competition and cooperation behavior in the Lumpy economy region after acquainting with current status of space construction of Lumpy economy and industrial competition and cooperation, then we lucubrate the industrial competition and cooperation mechanism and dynamic evolving process of Lumpy economy so as to propose countermeasures on optimizing industrial competition and cooperation of Lumpy economy for rational and scientific decision-making evidence to the upgrading of Lumpy economy industry.
