Research On Market Disposition Of Entrepreneur Human Capital In China

The entrepreneur human capital is one of the scarcest resources in our society. From the development of the world economics, everywhere, we can f'md an enormous entrepreneur echelon which continuously provide energy for the economic growth. Therefore, deeply researching the entrepreneur human capital is very important to the enrichment and development of the entrepreneur human capital theory, as well as to China that is transforming from traditional planned economic system to market economic system. On the basis of some researchers' theories, the author analyses the intrinsic special characteristic of the entrepreneur human capital, and divides it into private entrepreneur human capital and state-owned entrepreneur human capital. This article deals with Administrative disposition type of the entrepreneur human capital under traditional planned economic system and analyses on the efficiency, and then points out the tendency of the entrepreneur human capital's market disposition. It also analyses on the Restriction factor of our current entrepreneur human capital's market disposition, and makes some suggestions.
