Research Of Human Capital Theory And Problem Of Human Capital Disposition In Our Country

Human capital is core capital in knowledge-base economic times. The situation of human capital accumulation, disposition and utilization directly relates the speed, quality and potential of the economic and social development in a country or an area. Therefore, human capital problem has already caught more and more broad attention and care of all the ountries in the world. Human capital theory is the important economics theory which emerged from the western countries in 1960s. The overseas scholars have done massive research in this domain and yielded massive results. In recent tens years, the western developed countries and Japan have utilized the human capital theory to increase their human capital investment unceasingly and strengthen their human capital superiority continuously,and efficiently promoted the sustained development of their economic society.The human capital circulation includes four key links that is human capital's forming, human capital disposition, human capital utilization and human capital reproduction. Each link is uppermost important for the efficient operation of human capital. For our country, in a certain way, at present raising the efficiency of human capital disposition is more important and more urgent This article briefly reviewed the situation of Chinese and foreign human capital theory studying, provide some attempt ponderation on further deepening the understanding of human capital, human capital disposition and so on. In this foundation, starting with inspecting the current situation of human capital disposition in our country, the thesis analyzed the major factors which restrict the human capital disposition in our country, and submitted some suggestion about further increasing the efficiency of human capital disposition.Full text spread out with five chapters surrounding the above-mentioned subject. The third chapter is the deepened understanding of basic questions, which discussed the basic questions such as the concept, the essence, the property right, the characteristics and the disposition of human capital, proposed some preliminary thinking and opinions of the author, and supplied the basic frame of analyzing human capital disposition efficiency. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the current situation of human capital disposition in our country, which systematically analyzed the current condition of human capital disposition efficiency in our country and the factors which restrict it. The fifth chapter is countermeasure and suggestion, which based on the above analysis, from many angles of government, human capital market and main body of human capital supplying and demanding, proposed the countermeasure and suggestion about further increasing the human capital disposition efficiency in our country.
