Since the first agriculture project implementation by using World Bank Loan in 1982, there were more than twenty years for the agriculture development in China by using the loans from the international financing organization. During these more than twenty years, enjoyed the uni'que advantages and characteristics, the loans from the international financing organizations played the irreplaceable role in the devclopment of agriculture in China. Following with the continuous development of the marketing economic system, the financing industry in China was also being more and more matured and perfect, In the new period, how to make a better use of the loans from the international financing organizations also became the new research project in the agriculture development. Based on the research done by the domestic specialists together with the experiences of the author gained from the management of the loans from the international financing organizations, took the Fujian agriculture development projects by using the loans from the international financing organizations as the example, the essay describes systematically the achievements and. the problems in the agriculture development by using the loans form the international financing organizations. Fujian Province gained abundant experiences during the implementation of the agriculture projects by using the loans from the international financing organizations within these more than twenty years. The author collected lots of statistic data as the basis and summed up the experiences so as try to make some suggestions of the counterpart measures on the issues of agriculture development in future by using the loans form the international financing organizations.
