Research On The Evaluation Of Regional Growth Effect Of The Counterpart Aid Policy For Tibet

Since the implementation of the Counterpart aid policy for Tibet,it has promoted the development of the Tibet Autonomous Region.However,the current research on the counterpart aid policy for Tibet focused more on the qualitative research,the empirical research is less,and the empirical analysis of the domestic mostly focus on a certain area or a certain stage,there is no comprehensive assessment of regional growth effects.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for Tibet and promoting regional coordinated development to analyse the theoretical basis and connotation of the policy,to clarify the history,to propose the hypothesis model,to select the evaluation index of "Regional coordination effect",and to put forward the idea of adjustment.GDP must be taken as an explained variable,the Counterpart aid fund for Tibet must be taken as explaining variables,and three control variables must be taken too.Based on this,the following conclusions are obtained by the panel data model:(1)the Counterpart aid fund for Tibet significantly promoted the rapid economic growth of Tibet;(2)the Counterpart aid fund for Tibet existence gaps,it has led to the imbalance in the development of cities in Tibet;(3)The factor of labor force plays a lower role in promoting the economic development of Tibet.In order to promote the reduction of inter regional differences,realize the coordinated development of Tibet,a stable mechanism for dynamic growth of funds can be made,the characteristic and advantageous industries can be cultivated,and the "enclave economy" can be explored.
