China is the biggest country of coal production and consumption in the world, its energy of coal holds the extremely important status in energy structure, and plays part of the important support and guarantee function to the economy development. In recent years, due to the continuous fast growth of industry investment in the fixed assets, the energy supply is day by day anxious, the coal professions enter the period of new high-speed development. Because the system flaw and the extensive economic growth mode, the coal professions hide the crisis of excessive invest and surplus produces, At the same time, because macroscopic economy continues to grow steadily and the industry technology of coal chemical increasingly mature, the coal professions breeds the huge vitality. Under the unceasingly changes of market environment and intensive market competition, many coal enterprises are changing their own managing strategy. So the study on the managing strategy of JCNY Corporation possibly brings some beneficial enlightenment to other coal profession.The article takes the business structure adjustment of JCNY Corporation as the object of study, takes the strategic investigation, strategic formulation and strategic implementation as the train of thought, The article takes the business structure adjustment of JCNY Corporation as the object of study, takes the strategic investigation, strategic formulation and strategic implementation as the train of thought, studies the managing strategy of JCNY Corporation by 5 kind of competitive abilities model ,the Boston matrix ,the triangle model of marketing strategy and the marketing chain, brings out the new managing strategy opinion for JCNY Corporation. The author has been working in JCNY Corporation since 2004, has held the post of marketing department manager, coal company general manager assistant successively, and has obtained the related material, which constitutes the basic source material of the article. This article draws a series of beneficial conclusions through the concrete analysis of managing strategy, tries to provide reference for other coal enterprises.
