After entering WTO, the Chinese enterprises will have altogether to dance with the overseas enterprises in a stage and observe the similar game rule. The market competition can be more and more intense. If our country enterprises want to win in the world market, the entrepreneur is the key. The situation of the Chinese entrepreneur present relates to our country enterprise's life and death and the national prosperity and success or failure.However before reform and open policy, because our country practiced the planned economy system that the public ownership system enterprise is government's accessory, thus in a long time, we are blanked with our country entrepreneur theory. With the further development of reform and open policy, the socialist market economy system gradually has been established, which has provided the realistic foundation for the Chinese entrepreneur theory research. Starting from the 1990s, our country economical educational world gradually introduces the western entrepreneur theory and starts to conduct the research about our country entrepreneur. However the people who study the entrepreneur growth process lack the interaction analysis of entrepreneur with its related influence factor. In fact the entrepreneurs are not passively adapt to and use the constant environment, but will diligently go to take much influence on environment that will cause the environment to be evolved to a better situation for the growth of entrepreneur. Therefore this article plans to make a preliminary attempt to do some research about this to make up for the entrepreneur theory.The main board of this article altogether is divided to 4 chapters. Its research mentality wants to establish the entrepreneur growth process through the evolutionary game theory, and uses these conclusions together with the opportunity, the wish and the ability framework and the replicator dynamic theory to do research on "endogenous feature" of the relationship between the entrepreneur growth process and the environment. The concrete structure arrangement of this article is as follows: The introduction partial mainly points out the background and significance of this article.The 1st chapter makes a review about the entrepreneur growth process research of domestic and foreign. At present the domestic and foreign entrepreneurs' theory mainly concentrates on entrepreneur's concept, the function and the common environment which affects the entrepreneur growth process. There are many schools of thought, but not yet anyone establishes the integrity and the unification analysis framework. This article does not purely study the environmental effects of the entrepreneur growth process, but analyze interactive relation between environment and entrepreneur's growth process altogether with evolutionary thought. The entrepreneurs are not passively adapt to and use the constant environment, but will diligently go to take much influence on environment that will cause the environment to be evolved to a better situation for the growth of entrepreneur.The 2nd chapter simply introduces the evolutionary game theory and the replicator dynamic theory which will be used in this paper, then assume the bodies of the game and the payoff of them, and use the replicator dynamic theory to solve the model and debate the stability of its solution. We can get the following three main conclusions through the research. The conclusion 1: Under the condition that the economic man's rent and the struggle cost main unchanged, the economic man's behavior that chooses "entering the state-owned enterprise" or " entrepreneurship by oneself" is decided by the difference of payoff which obtain from these two kind of behaviors, namely v_i1 and v_i2 difference (i=A, B); Conclusion 2: In other condition invariable situations, the faith of the economic man choosing "enters the state-owned enterprise" has the inverse ratio relation with the rent payment; Conclusion 3: Under other conditions unchanged, the faith of the economic man choosing "enters the state-owned enterprise" have the inverse ratio relation with the struggle cost.The 3rd chapter explores the "endogenous feature" of entrepreneur growth process on the basis of the analysis of the 2nd chapter and along with the framework of the opportunity, the wish and the ability. We use the investigation data of Anhui, Jiangsu and Zhejiang province to demonstrate the views. There are many the environmental factors which affect the entrepreneur growth process; this article selects several important ones to carry on the thorough analysis. For example: the economical intervention bias degree of the Government office, the development of region economy, experience and success of existence entrepreneur, the environment of home and growth, social capital network relationship, and so on.The 4th chapter proposes the corresponding policy which can improve the environments of our country entrepreneur's growth and create the positive cycle between entrepreneur and the environment, so as to promote our country entrepreneur's growth. These policies make an important meaning to the growth process of our country entrepreneur.
