Study On The Influence Factors On The Development Of Trade Association Of Hubei Province

Trade Association is an important pattern of economy regulation in mature market economy system. It becomes a bridge among government, enterprise and market and takes absolutely indispensable function in course of establishment or maintaining of the market order and the development of the profession. With the development of the maket and the society domain ,and the power of the government gradually draws out from the market and the society , Chinese trade association grow up fast under the foster of the government .But it faces many problems that the relations between trade association and government and enterprise are not straightened out. many deep levels that the function is not perfectly and the management system is unreasonable are also urgently awaits to be solved.The conception and category of trade association is discussed in this dissertation. It also review the history of trade association and the social background on develepment of trade association is induced systematicly as well as about it after the Reform and Develepment.According to empirical investigation, this research adopted plentiful facts and a mass of data. Base on these data, distributing of industry structure, staff, budget status, member,business executing ,and so that about trade association of Hubei province is introduced specificly. A holisticly objective evaluation to trade association of Hubei province at present is given in this paper.After that, begining with both the inner and the exterior, all the factors influencing the development of trade association is analyzed. Bases on the trust theory of Coreman, the article has thoroughly analyzed relations of government, trade association and the enterprise.It also discussed the crisis of legitimacy.According to the concrete analysis of trade association developing process influence factors earlier, this paper summarizes the adverse consequences of various factors and hindrances which affectted the development of trade association. Based on the above mentioned aspects, the paper advances some strategies as to the reformand further development of trade association in Hubei, The dissertation give a general guideline of trade association developing that the key of trade association developing are relationship between trade association and government and trust between trade association and enterprises,which must be reconstructed.It also point out that the support of the government is an important condition to promote development of trade association.
