Trade Associations is organizations of non-for-profit, which is legally made up by competitors from same trade with the aim of protecting and promoting their common interests. It is one kind of social intermediary organizations, giving play to important information and coordination function in social life. Chinese trade associations can be produced and developed under the double function that the inherent demand of market economy and government function transformation.Tourism Trade Association of our country is a social organization of non-for-profit equally made up by relevant groups. It acts as professional intermediary organization, being the result of system reform of Tourism Trade Management of our country, and has the unique function of promoting the development of tourism industry and making standard for the tourism market order. From its 1986 establishment to now, through the 20 years development, the construction and development of Tourism Trade Association has made a great achievements. First of all, giving a review on the whole development of Tourism Trade Association of China, its growth on trade development scale has made it be representative in the trade as well as preliminarily form the frame of trade and regional structure.
