The beef cattle industry is an important property which contributed substantially for economic development of Inner Mongolia. In tandem with the development of the economy, the development of beef cattle industry has been very fast; however, a number of problems that restrict development of beef cattle industry have cropped up. Farmer,cattle dealer and corporation are subject of benefit while in the process of market circulation. They aim at maximizing benefit. However farmer are in the disadvantage of profit allocating. There are a lot of limited factors, such as the number of breeding,farmer's production skills,characteristic of animal husbandry,increasing of feed price, in the process of game between farmer,cattle dealer and corporation. This condition do damage to the positive of farmer and limit the beef cattle industry development in Inner Mongolia. To promote development of beef cattle industry in Inner Mongolia need stimulate the most of small scales farmer's production initiative and increase their income and change their disadvantage. These aims not only need corporation surrendering part of the profit, but also need to make a joint effort with farmer,cattle dealer and corporation. Thesis will use econometrics theory and positive analysis to make the following conclusion:stimulating farmer's production initiative and changing their disadvantage can be realized by way of improvement of farmer's production skills,building of farmer's association,speeding up the progress of animal husbandry industrialization and strengthening government support, and to finally get a fast development of beef cattle industry.
