Study On The Economic Benefit Of Beef Cattle Chain In China

Since the 1980's, the beef cattle has begun to grow rapidly and it has become the most important industry. It also has become an important source of farmer income. In recent years ,there has been many problems about the development of beef cattle. as the beef production is closely linked to the slaughter and processing and sales, the research on the beef cattle should proceed from the perspective of industry chain , not just a certain industry.This thesis shall study the cost benefit of each link about the beef cattle industry chain. At the same time, this thesis shall analyze the relationship between the interests of farmers, slaughtering enterprises and supermarkets. After analyzing the current state and existing problems of the beef cattle industry chain, this thesis shall give some suggestions on how to adjust the beef cattle industry chain. By studying the structure of production costs, this will help we take measures to reduce the production costs, and improve the competitiveness of the beef products.
