The Traditional Agriculture Area Advantage Industry Grows With Research

As China gradually pays more attention to problem of agriculture, countryside and peasantry than before ,it is urgent for China to choose leading industries in the traditional agricultural regions .When the traditional agricultural regions are concerned, the chose and development of leading industries helps to make progress in agriculture and realize recycling agriculture. Hence, under Chinese situations, it is necessary for traditional agricultural regions to study chose and development of leading industries.It is different between environmental , social and economic situations of traditional agricultural regions and that of the others in China.. So ,to realize rapid economic development in these regions, it is key to combine adjustment of economy with adjustment of industries ,and it is essential to choose and develop the leading industries under unique situations of traditional agricultural regions . Then , based on relative research all over the world, the paper exerts on principal theory of microeconomics, macroeconomics and industry economics to analyze situations of the traditional agricultural regions . As the same time, the paper put forward principle and criteria of choosing leading industries in these regions ,which constructs theoretical analysis keystone on how to choose and develop leading industries.In order to take full advantage of theoretic analysis as it is stated above, the paper takes the Wen County in Henan Province as an example. Firstly, the paper exerts on SWOT to discuss its' strengthens , weakness, opportunities and threats under circumstance of Wen County. And it analyzes development of five key industries ,which it provides the range of choosing leading industries. Secondly, based on the principle and criteria of leading industries in traditional agricultural regions , the leading industry of Wen County is "Huai yao "(herbal medicine ) industry and relative production sectors. Finally, the paper interprets how to take this industry as leading industry and how to develop the "Huai yao" industry under situations of Wen County, which rapidly improve it to play the leading role and make progress in development of economy and society.Based on analysis of theory and reality , the paper puts forward countermeasures how to choose and develop leading industries in Chinese traditional agricultural regions ,such as institutional reforms, scientific innovation , reform of enterprises and so on.
