With economic globalization of world and the political reform of opening to the outside, there are so many opportunities and challenges for the Median & Small Enterprise (MSE) in China. They must take advantage with China' s entry into WTO to explore the overseas market. Based on years of practical experience on international marketing, the author analyzes the current situation of international & domestic telecom market and reviews the development history of international business of GoldTel, thus the author has a clear understanding on the international marketing. She adopts theories of marketing and other related subjects to bring forward some operable solutions to international marketing of GoldTel. And to find a suitable road of international marketing for MSE as GoldTel, which could provide the constructive direction for MSEs.The thesis suggests MSEs in China should analyzes the current situation of international & domestic market, constitute the clear internationalization way, provide the core competition products, setup the integrated after-sales network and strengthen the alliance with trade partner, to establish and perform the viable international marketing strategy. The international market will be developed gradually and healthily.
