With the development of the opening-up policy and the reform of economy system, the real estate has become the fundamental industry of China's economy. There are also more and more discussions about the real estate. Eighty percent of the real estate enterprises are median-small ones. Because of the high profit and low threshold of entrance, the number of median-small real estate enterprises is increasing. However, because of the high risk level of real estate industry and the perfection of the market, the median-small real estate enterprises are facing more challenges, one of which is financing management.The first chapter introduces analyzes different methods of financing. The second chapter discusses the circumstance of financing of median-small real estate enterprises as well as the problems exist during financing. The third and fourth chapters are the comparative analyzes of median-small real estate enterprises'financing management based on enterprise lifecycle theory and capital chain theory. Lastly, some suggestions are brought forward for the financing management of the median-small real estate enterprise.
