Petroleum plays an important part in countries′economic development and even social stabilization,it directly relates to countries′strong and nations′prosperous. Currently,most of oil fields in our country have been into the mid and late exploitation,and they are faced with the same questions:deficient in reserves,rise in water containing,decrease in output and develop costs rise continuously. The situation is more and more rigorous,how to carry out old oil field′economic development is the realistic problem that oil-field enterprises faced. So,how to assign the yield and cost to second class and make profits to maximize is the base of oil field companies′life.In the text,the model that contains output,workload and other exploitation targets has been made. Using these associated relations , We build up multi-objective distribute models,they successfully solve the question that how to assign oil-fields′total yield,workload, cost and other exploiting targets to the second class. It uses experience methods to estimate,choose the easy regress estimate model,common used grey model and aptitude intelligence network model to carry on an estimate,and get the superior yield-cost allotment project after analyzing the related results. Meanwhile,the model and arithmetic can be used in oil-fields in or out of the country to make better economic benefit.
